Award Information

The idea behind this is to continually recognize Officers across the state throughout the year. The award is designed to recognize specific events instead of year-long work.

This recognition honors officers who go above and beyond the call of duty to preserve life and protect Missouri’s motorists through decisive action, courage and commitment to the safety of all who travel our state’s roadways.

Through outstanding professionalism and swift selfless response, the recipient has exemplified the highest ideals of law enforcement and the mission of LETSAC ensuring that every journey ends safely.

Upon receiving a submission, the LETSAC board will review it and determine if it meets the award criterea. If it does, the Regional Board Member will present the award to the Officer at their agency.

We can not stress enough how much we appreciate everyone’s hard work across the state.
